摘要

目的了解大兴区中小学校学生食堂卫生状况及其相关影响因素,加强学生食堂卫生设施建设.方法对大兴区45家中小学校食堂进行了现场调查及餐具采样监测.结果中学食堂好于小学,国营好于民营,城镇好于农村.建议建立膳食管理组织,推行量化分级管理,推荐学生营养午餐等.
