摘要

全国性的卫生监督体制改革己基本完成,但卫生监督机构存在无法定地位、经费不能保障、监督人员人事身份管理矛盾等体制性问题.作者通过解读新出台的<公务员法>,认为其规定为卫生监督机构组织、人事建设提供了新契机.建议抓住契机、破解难点,以加强卫生监督机构建设、深化卫生监督体制改革.
