摘要
随着社会、经济和现代高新科技的发展，我国食管癌治疗的理念及其指导下的治疗模式，逐渐从肿瘤组织形态学理念指导下根治性切除肿瘤的单学科治疗模式，到细胞病理学理念指导下清除肿瘤细胞的辅助治疗模式，到分子生物学理念指导下基因和免疫靶向治疗模式，再到精准医学理念指导下个体化多学科综合治疗模式的演化；该演化过程完全符合现代肿瘤学的发展理念。本文对我国食管癌治疗理念和模式的沿革和进展进行回顾性综述。
Abstract
With the development of society, economy and modern high technology, the concept of esophageal cancer treatment in China and the treatment model under its guidance have gradually shifted from a single disciplinary treatment model of radical tumor resection guided by the concept of tumor histomorphology, to an adjuvant treatment model of tumor cells removal guided by the concept of cytopathology, then to a gene and immune target treatment model guided by the concept of molecular biology, and then to the individualized multidisciplinary comprehensive treatment model guided by the concept of precision medicine. This evolutionary process fully conforms to the development concept of modern oncology. This article retrospectively reviews the evolution and progress of treatment concepts and models for esophageal cancer in China.
