摘要

对492例Ⅲ期环状内痔采用粘膜剥离结扎,对较大的内痔采用化整结扎法,配合自制消痔止痛膏进行治疗.结果492例全部治愈,疗程平均8～ 9天,术后无排便困难及肛门狭窄等后遗症,418例随访1～4年仅有4例内痔复发,复发率为0.96%.
