目的 研究IL-6高表达对下肢动脉硬化闭塞症（ASO）患者继发下肢深静脉血栓形成（DVT）发生率的影响。 方法 连续选取2020年5月至2021年11月广州医科大学附属第三医院血管外科收治的下肢ASO患者45例（ASO组）和随机数字表法选取同期体检中心的健康者30例（正常组）为研究对象，比较分析两组的IL-6情况。ASO组根据IL-6是否升高分为观察组和对照组，比较分析两组的DVT发生率。 结果 ASO组IL-6水平高于正常组，差异具有统计学意义［9.14（4.47，21.39）pg/ml 比 2.06（0.94，3.33）pg/ml，Z=-4.707，P<0.001］。IL-6水平升高30例（观察组），IL-6水平未升高15例（对照组）；观察组下肢ASO继发DVT的发生率高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（40.0% 比 6.7%，χ²=3.908，P=0.048）。 结论 IL-6高表达的下肢ASO患者继发下肢DVT的概率升高。 Objective To study the effect of high IL-6 expression on the incidence of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) of the lower extremity in patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans (ASO). Methods From May 2020 to November 2021, a total of continuous 45 patients with lower extremity ASO (ASO group) admitted to the Department of Vascular Surgery and random 30 healthy people (normal group) admitted to the physical examination center at the Third Affiliate Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University were selected. The level of IL-6 between the two groups was compared. According to whether the level of IL-6 increased or not, the ASO group was divided into the observation group and the control group, and the incidence of DVT between the two groups was compared. Results The level of IL-6 in the ASO group was significantly higher than that in the normal group [9.14 (4.47,21.39) pg/ml vs 2.06 (0.94,3.33) pg/ml, Z=-4.707, P<0.001]. There were 30 cases in the observation group and 15 cases in the control group. The incidence of DVT in the observation group was significantly higher than in the control group (40.0%vs 6.7%, χ²=3.908, P=0.048). Conclusion The probability of DVT increases in patients with lower extremity ASO with high IL-6 expression.
