要提高下肢动脉硬化闭塞症腔内治疗的疗效，首先要正确评估和区分下肢动脉闭塞的病变性质，选择恰当的血管准备方式并对其结果做出正确评估，在此基础上才能决定到底是选择药物涂层球囊还是植入支架，而要植入支架应先了解每一款支架的性能特性，根据病变性质选择最合适的支架。这就是“ leave the right thing behind”理念。 To improve the efficacy of endovascular treatment of arteriosclerosis obliterans of the lower extremities, it is first necessary to correctly evaluate and distinguish the nature of the lesion, select the appropriate vascular preparation method and make a correct evaluation of its results.
