Objective To explore the diagnostic efficacy of dual-source-CT and MRI in preoperative staging of colorectal cancer(CRC)patients. Methods A total of 102 CRC patients admitted to Deyang City People's Hospital from April 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects.MRI and dual-source CT were used for scanning examination respectively. The diagnostic accuracy of dual-source CT and MRI were analyzed according to pathological examination results.ROC curve was used to compare the diagnostic value of dual-source CT and MRI in CRC patients. Results MRI results showed that the diagnostic accuracy of T1-2,T3,T4,N0,N1 and N2 were 90.91%,87.23%,86.36%,92.50%,88.57%and 77.77%,respectively.The dual-source CT examination showed that the correct diagnosis rates of T1-2,T3,T4,N0,N1 and N2 were 75.76%,78.72%,72.73%,75.00%,80.00%and 62.96%,respectively.Compared with dual-source CT,the AUC,sensitivity and specificity of MRI in CRC patients were significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion Dual-source CT and MRI have high diagnostic efficiency in preoperative staging of CRC patients, and MRI has high diagnostic value.
