Therapeutic effect of syndrome differentiation acupuncture and moxibustion combined with bifidobacterium triple live bacteria capsule in the treatment of functional dyspepsia with spleen and stomach weakness during cerebral infarction convalescence
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of syndrome differentiation acupuncture and moxibustion combined with bifidobacterium triple live bacteria capsule in the treatment of functional dyspepsia with spleen and stomach weakness during cerebral infarction convalescence.Methods A total of 108 patients with functional dyspepsia with spleen and stomach weakness during the convalescent period of cerebral infarction in Xingtai Central Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups:control group(54 cases)were treated with bifidobacterium triple live capsule,and observation group(54 cases)were treated with dialectical acupuncture and moxibustion on the basis of control group.The total effective rate,follow-up recurrence rate,digestive symptom score,gastric electrical parameters and gastrointestinal hormone indexes before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The scores of digestive system symptoms after 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment of the two groups were significantly decreased compared with that before treatment,and the levels of gastroelectric parameters,gastrin and motilin were significantly increased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).The above indexes after treatment of observation group were significantly better than those of control group(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions were observed in both groups during treatment.Conclusion Syndrome differentiation acupuncture and moxibustion combined with bifidobacterium triple live bacteria capsule in the treatment of functional dyspepsia with spleen and stomach weakness during cerebral infarction convalescence can effectively improve clinical symptoms,reduce the risk of recurrence,and has good safety.The mechanism may be related to the effective correction of gastric electrical disorders and stimulation of gastrointestinal hormone secretion by syndrome differentiation acupuncture and moxibustion.
