Multifaceted integration of social forces to promote technology transfer in public hospitals

摘要
目的 当前我国医学专利申请量不断增加,然而转化率却不尽如人意.本文旨在探讨多方位整合社会力量,推动公立医院科技成果转化.方法 本文以复旦大学附属中山医院为例,分析得出多方位整合社会力量措施包括:引入知识产权代理公司加速专利申请进程;委托第三方服务机构推进创新成果转化;与企业建立战略合作伙伴关系,共同开发和推广医疗科技产品.结果 复旦大学附属中山医院的专利申请数量由2012年的35件提升为2022年的929件,转化项目数由2019年的8项提升为2022年的106项.实践证明,以上多方位整合社会力量措施可以促进医学专利的申请和转化.结论 公立医院可以多方位整合社会力量,促进科技成果的转化和商业化,加速医学科技的应用,同时为医院带来更多的资金支持和发展机会.
Abstract
Objective Currently,the number of medical patent applications in China is continuously increasing,yet the conversion rate remains unsatisfactory.This article aims to enhance the technology transfer of public hospitals by exploring the integration of various social forces,utilizing Zhongshan Hospital affiliated with Fudan University as a case study.Methods The integration of social forces encompassed several measures:introducing intellectual property agencies to expedite the patent application process,collaborating with third-party service organizations to promote the commercialization of innovative out-comes,and establishing strategic partnerships with enterprises for joint development and promotion of medical technology prod-ucts.Results Practical experience demonstrates that this multifaceted integration of social forces effectively facilitated the ap-plication and commercialization of medical patents.Over the years,the hospital's patent application count has increased from 35 cases in 2012 to 929 cases in 2022,and the number of transformed projects has risen from 8 in 2019 to 106 in 2022.Conclusions Public hospitals can effectively integrate multiple social forces to promote the transformation and commercialization of techno-logical achievements.This approach accelerates the application of medical technology,providing hospitals with additional finan-cial support and opportunities for growth.
