科技创新"医学+X"校企联合研发平台的建设实践与思考

目的 通过分析北大医学校企联合研发平台建设情况,为高校尤其是医学高校增强科技创新能力、适应国家高校创新融合高质量发展提供有效支撑.方法 对2020-2023年北京大学医学部校企联合研发平台建设情况及实践经验进行分析总结.结果 北大医学校企联合研发平台规范管理机制、发挥学科优势,在课题合作、论文产出、专利申请及研究报告等方面取得初步成效.结论 建议从管理机制、长效运营、权益保障、转化导向、新模式探索和提高管理水平等方面进行加强,持续鼓励校企共建、促进创新融合.
Abstract
Objective By analyzing the construction of the university-enterprise joint R&D platform of Peking University Health Science Center,this study aimed to provide effective support for universities,especially medical universities,and to en-hance their scientific and technological innovation capacity and adapt to the requirements of high-quality development of the in-novation integration of national universities.Methods This study to analyzed and summarized the construction and work expe-rience of the university-enterprise joint R&D platform of Peking University Health Science Center from 2020 to 2023.Results The university-enterprise joint R&D platforms of Peking University Health Science Center have achieved initial results in pro-ject collaboration,paper production,patent applications,and research reports by standardizing its management mechanism and leveraging its disciplinary advantages.Conclusions It is suggested to strengthen management mechanisms,long-term opera-tion,rights protection,transformation orientation,new model exploration,and other aspects,thereby continuously encoura-ging the co-construction of universities and enterprises and promoting innovation and integration.
