摘要
目的 深入分析某区属三级综合医院在规范管理专利转化工作方面的具体举措及实际效果,旨在为同级别兄弟医院提升专利转化管理工作提供有价值的参考和借鉴.方法 本研究选取该医院自2022年7月至2023年12月期间所采取的一系列规范管理举措作为研究对象,包括但不限于专利申请前的审批流程、专利转化申请审批流程的梳理与优化以及税减制度等政策的制定与落实等,进行深入探讨.结果 医院各项规范管理专利转化举措的顺利实施,有效提升了医院的专利质量管控及专利转化工作效能.具体表现在"申请—转化合同签订"周期缩短,专利实施转化的总数量与转化签约合同总金额显著提升等.结论 通过规范医院专利转化管理工作,不仅能有效提高专利转化的效率和成功率,还能有力推动医院创新转化工作的发展.
Abstract
Objective This study aimed to analyze the specific measures and practical effects of standardizing the man-agement of patent conversion work in a certain district tertiary hospital,aiming to provide valuable references and guidance for improving patent conversion management for other hospitals of the same level.Methods This study selected a series of stand-ardized management measures taken by the hospital from July 2022 to December 2023 as the research object,including but not limited to the approval process before patent application,the combing and optimization of the approval process of patent conver-sion application,and the formulation and implementation of the tax reduction system and other policies.Results The smooth implementation of various standardized management patent transformation measures in the hospital effectively improved the effi-ciency of patent quality control and patent conversion.Specifically,it was reflected in the shortening of the"application conver-sion contract signing"period,as well as a significant increase in the total number of patent implementation conversions and the total amount of conversion contracts signed.Conclusions By standardizing the management of hospital patent conversion,not only can the efficiency and success rate of patent conversion be effectively improved,but also can effectively promote the devel-opment of hospital innovation and conversion work.
