大型公立医院全日制博士科技创新能力培养路径研究

Research on the cultivation path of full-time doctoral students'scientific and technological innovation ability in a large public hospital

目的 分析大型公立医院全日制博士科技创新能力培养的影响因素及提升路径,提出对策建议.方法 对山东省临沂市人民医院122名博士进行问卷调查,根据分析结果完成现况研究.结果 两组性别、年龄、学位类型、专业类别、学科级别、毕业院校类型及工作岗位类型等指标差异无统计学意义.两组科研选题能力评分、课题设计能力评分、数据分析能力评分、数据解读能力评分、近5年课题立项、课题级别、近5年发表SCI期刊论文数量、SCI期刊论文累计影响因子及年均参加学术活动次数等指标差异显著(P<0.05).结论 医院可通过设立专项培育计划、组建交叉学科团队、优化科研管理服务、完善评价考核体系及改善福利待遇保障等途径提升全日制博士科技创新能力.
Objective To analyze the influencing factors and improvement paths of the cultivation of full-time doctoral scientific and technological innovation ability in large public hospitals,and propose countermeasures and suggestions.Methods This studyed conducted a survey and analysis of 122 doctors from Linyi People's Hospital in Shandong Province,and comple-ted a current situation study based on the analysis results.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in gender,age,degree type,professional category,discipline level,Graduate School type,job type and other indicators.There were significant differences between the two groups in scientific research topic selection ability score,project design ability score,data analysis ability score,data interpretation ability score,project approval in recent 5 years,project level,number of SCI journal papers published in recent 5 years,cumulative impact factors of SCI journal papers,and annual number of academic activities(P<0.05).Conclusions The hospital can improve the scientific and technological innovation ability of full-time doc-tors by setting up a special cultivation plan,establishing an interdisciplinary team,optimizing scientific research management services,improving the evaluation and assessment system,and improving welfare protection.
