摘要

目的探讨快速鉴别外周血T、B淋巴细胞的可能性.方法利用红细胞免疫粘附试验进行分别鉴别.结果红细胞既可直接与酵母菌结合亦可直接与T细胞结合;T细胞只能与红细胞直接结合;而B细胞只能与酵母菌细胞直接结合.结论凡直接与红细胞结合的淋巴细胞是T细胞,凡直接与酵母菌结合的淋巴细胞是B细胞.
