Effect of Probiotic Granule Combined with Laparoscopic Surgery on Pa-tients with Endometriosis and Its Influence on Pregnancy
Objective To investigate the effect of probiotic granules combined with laparoscopic surgery on patients with endometriosis(EMS)and its influence on pregnancy. Methods A total of 100 EMS patients who received laparoscopic surgery from March 2021 to May 2022 were selected and divided into control group and research group by random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The two groups received laparoscopic surgery, the control group was treated with goser-relin acetate after surgery, and the research group was treated with probiotic granules on the basis of the control group. The pregnancy rate, quality of life[the MOS 36-item short-form health survey(SF-36)score],sex hormone indexes[follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2),progesterone(P),testosterone(T),prolactin(PRL)]and inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]as well as adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total pregnancy rate of research group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the scores of each item of SF-36 of the two groups were higher than those before treatment, which were higher in the research group than in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, serum levels of FSH,LH,E2,P,T,PRL,IL-6 and TNF-α in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, which were lower in the research group than in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion After laparoscopic surgery in EMS patients, goserrelin acetate combined with probiotic granules can significantly improve the pregnancy rate and quality of life, and also reduce the levels of serum sex hormone indexes and inflammatory factors.
