Application Effect of Implant Anchorage Combined with Closed Traction in Patients with Embedded and Impacted Teeth in Jaw and Its Influence on Rehabilitation and Oral Health after Treatment
Objective To investigate the application effect of implant anchorage combined with closed traction in the treatment of mandibular embedded teeth and impacted teeth,and its influence on rehabilitation and oral health after treatment.Methods A total of 90 patients with mandibular embedded teeth and impacted teeth treated from January 2019 to May 2022 were selected and divided into observation group(n =45)and control group(n =45)according to different treatment meth-ods.The observation group was treated with implant anchorage combined with closed traction,and the control group was trea-ted with closed fenestration combined with traditional fixation.The clinical efficacy and rehabilitation of the two groups after treatment were compared,as well as the gingival crevicular fluid cytokines,oral health microenvironment,and masticatory function before and at four months after treatment.The adverse reactions in the two groups were also compared within four months after surgery.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was 95.56%(43/45),which was higher than that of control group[80.00%(36/45)],and the pain degree was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).At 4 months after treatment,serine proteinase inhibitors,matrix metalloproteinase-3 and interleukin-1β,periodontal pocket probing depth,gingival index,gingival sulcus bleeding index,plaque index and tooth mobility in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.01).At 4 months after treat-ment,the masticatory efficiency and biting force of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,while the mastica-tory pain score of the two groups was lower than that before surgery;the masticatory efficiency and biting force of the two groups were higher than those of control group,while the masticatory pain score of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups within 4 months after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of implant anchorage combined with closed traction on mandibular impacted teeth has significant effects,which can promote tooth eruption,restore chewing function,improve oral health micro-ecological environment and inflammation state after treatment,with good safety.
