Effect of Modified Lumbar Erector Spinal Muscle Plane Block on Postoper-ative Analgesia,Hemodynamics and Stress Response in Cesarean Section
Objective To investigate the effect of modified lumbar erector spinal muscle plane block on postoperative analgesia, hemodynamics and stress response in puerpera undergoing cesarean section. Methods In total,100 women under-going cesarean section from March 2019 to January 2022 were selected and divided into research group(n =50)and control group(n =50)by random number table method. The research group was given modified lumbar erector spinal muscle plane block, and control group was given postoperative transverse abdominis plane block.General indicators, hemodynamics, stress response indicators and analgesic effect before and after surgery, and the occurrence of adverse reactions within 3 d after sur-gery were compared between the two groups. Results The number of analgesic pump compressions intraoperatively, dosage of Sufentanil and rescue analgesic rate was less or lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).At 6,12 and 24 h after opera-tion,the heart rate and mean arterial pressure(MAP)in the control group were significantly higher than those before opera-tion,which were significantly lower in the research group than in the control group(P<0.05).Noradrenaline and cortisol were significantly higher in both groups than those before operation at 12,24,and 48 h after operation, which were lower in the research group than in the control group(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores at 12,24,and 48 h after operation in the two groups were lower than those before operation, which were lower in the research group than in the control group(P<0.05).Within 3 d after operation, the incidence of adverse reactions in the research group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the transverse abdominis plane block, modified lumbar erector spinal muscle plane block after cesarean section can promote hemodynamic stability, reduce stress response, and have good analgesic effect and high safety.
