Effect of Reduced Glutathione Injection Combined with Hyperbaric Oxygen in the Treatment of Carbon Monoxide Poisoning with Myocardial Injury and Its Protective Effect
Objective To study the effect of reduced Glutathione injection combined with hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of carbon monoxide poisoning with myocardial injury and its protective mechanism. Methods A total of 108 pa-tients with carbon monoxide poisoning and myocardial injury treated from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected and di-vided into observation group(n =54)and control group(n =54)by random number table method. All patients were treated with hyperbaric oxygen, and the observation group was supplemented with reduced Glutathione injection. Both groups were treated for 2 weeks. The therapeutic effect, serological indexes and myocardial indexes, and adverse reactions of patients in the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of observation group was(90.74%,49/54),which was high-er than that of control group(79.53%,41/54)(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of superoxide dismutase and glutathi-one peroxidase in the two groups were increased, while the levels of lipid peroxidase, malondialdehyde, creatine kinase,myo-cardial isoenzyme of creatine kinase, aspartate aminotransferase and cardiac troponin T were decreased, and the changes of these indexes in observation group were greater than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the incidence of elec-trocardiogram abnormality in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Reduced Glutathione injection combined with hyperbaric oxygen is effective in the treatment of carbon monoxide poisoning with myocardial injury, and has a significant inhibitory effect on myocardial cell injury.
