聚焦超声治疗神经病理性疼痛的研究进展

聚焦超声(FUS)是一种新型的非侵入性治疗方法,具有机械效应、空化效应、热效应等生物学作用.近年来FUS在神经病理性疼痛(NP)的治疗方面有了一定进展.FUS作为一种物理治疗方法,可以通过神经调控治疗疼痛,也可以通过热消融作用于靶组织达到治疗疼痛的效果,具有靶向、分辨率高、无创等优点.因此,本文就近年来FUS治疗NP的研究进展进行简要综述.
Research Progress of Focused Ultrasound for Neuropathic Pain
Focused ultrasound(FUS)is a novel non-invasive treatment method with biological effects,such as me-chanical,cavitational,and thermal effects.In recent years,progress has been made in FUS in the treatment of neuropathic pain(NP).As a physical therapy method,FUS can treat pain through neuromodulation.It can also achieve the effect of pain treatment by thermal ablation on the target tissue,which has the advantages of targeting,high resolution,and non-invasiveness.This paper briefly reviews the research progress of FUS in NP treatment in recent years.
