Research Progress on Hydrogel Adhesive for Hemostasis
Uncontrolled bleeding usually leads to an increase in mortality of patients.Hemostatic sponges,gauze and bandages are widely used as traditional hemostatic products.However,traditional hemostatic devices or hemostatic agents can no longer meet the needs of treating massive hemorrhage.As a new tissue adhesive in recent years,hydrogel adhesive has great application potential in hemostasis,and the research of adhesive polymer hydrogel has developed rapidly.This paper in-troduces the latest progress and future development trend of hydrogel gel adhesive in hemostasis at home and abroad,in order to provide some ideas for further clinical research.
