Clinical Evaluation of Xiangju Tablets Combined with Omalizumab in the Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and side effects of Xiangju tablets combined with Omalizumab in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods A total of 100 allergic rhinitis patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were enrolled.They were randomly divided into observation and control groups ( 50 cases per group ) .Patients in the control group were treated with Xiangju tablets,while those in the observation group were treated with a combination of Omalizumab and Xiangju tablets.All patients were treated for 8 weeks.Nasal symptoms and quality of life were evaluated before and after treatment.The efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group reached 76％,which was significantly higher than that of the control group ( 42％,P<0.05 ) .After treatment,the TNSS score of the observation group was 4.31,and the RQLQ score was 35.14,both of which were significantly lower than those of the control group ( P<0.05 ) .Besides,no significant difference in adverse reactions was observed ( P>0.05 ) .Conclusion The combination of Xiangju tablets and Omalizumab demonstrated a higher therapeutic effect in allergic rhinitis,effectively improving nasal symptoms.
