Clinical Study of the Combination of Paishi Xiaoling Fang and Tamsulosin in the Treatment of Ureteral Stones
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect and side effects of Paishi Xiaoling Fang combined with Tamsulosin in the treatment of ureteral stones.Methods A total of 115 patients with ureteral stones were admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 and divided into two groups based on their single or double hospital ID numbers.The treatment group ( n=58 ) received Paishi Xiaoling Fang combined with Tamsulosin,while the control group ( n=57 ) was treated with Tamsulosin alone.Clinical efficacy,stone excretion time,and adverse reactions were compared.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 84.48％,which was significantly higher than the control group' s 68.42％ ( P<0.05 ) .The stone excretion time in the treatment group was significantly shorter than in the control group ( P<0.05 ),and no significant differences in adverse reactions were observed between the two groups ( P>0.05 ) .Conclusion Paishi Xiaoling Fang combined with Tamsulosin demonstrated good therapeutic efficacy and shorter stone excretion time in treating ureteral stones,making it a valuable clinical reference.
