Clinical Observation of Modified Gualou Powder Combined with Fuyang Cupping on CD34 and α-SMA in Benign Breast Diseases
Objective To explore the intervention effect of modified Gualou powder combined with Fuyang cupping on CD34 (hematopoietic progenitor cell antigen CD34) and α-SMA (α-smooth muscle actin) in the treatment of benign breast diseases. Method Ninety patients with benign breast diseases who met the inclusion criteria in our hospital from Jan 2022 to Dec 2024 were enrolled,divided into three groups (30 cases per group:treatment group modified Gualou powder combined with Fuyang cupping;control group A oral Toremifen;control group B oral Rukuaixiao Granules). The therapeutic effects were compared among these three groups,dynamic changes of CD34 and α-SMA were observed. Result The overall effective rate of the combination of modified Gualou powder combined with Fuyang cupping reached 86.7％,signifi-cantly higher than that in control groups A and B,with reduced pain proportion. The expression level of CD34 was signifi-cantly higher in the treatment group compared to the other two groups (P<0.05),while the expression level of α-SMA was significantly lower (P<0.05). Conclusion Modified Gualou powder combined with Fuyang cupping demonstrated signifi-cant efficacy in the treatment of benign breast diseases,and is worth clinical reference and promotion.
