Serum Adiponectin,LP-PLA2,HCY Levels and Their Clinical Signifi-cance in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease
Objective To explore the change characteristics of serum adiponectin,lipoprotein-associated phospho-lipase A2(LP-PLA2)and homocysteine(HCY)levels in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD),and analyze their re-lationship with CHD,so as to provide a reliable reference index for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods 180 patients with CHD treated from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the CHD group.Adiponectin,LP-PLA2 and HCY levels of serum samples were detected, and compared with 80 healthy subjects(control group).Meanwhile,CHD patients were divid-ed into acute myocardial infarction(AMI)group 111 cases, unstable angina pectoris(UAP)group 58 cases and chronic sta-ble heart disease(SAP)group 11 cases according to the severity of the disease.Spearmen correlation analysis was used to in-vestigate the relationship between adiponectin,LP-PLA2 and HCY levels and the progression of coronary heart disease.Re-sults Serum adiponectin in CHD group was lower than control group, serum HCY and LP-PLA2 were higher than control group(P<0.01).The levels of serum LP-PLA2 and HCY in CHD patients after treatment were lower than those before treat-ment,and the levels of adiponectin were increased(P<0.01).The adiponectin level in AMI and UAP groups was lower than that in SAP group, and the adiponectin level in AMI group was lower than that in UAP group(P<0.05).The levels of LP-PLA2 and HCY in AMI and UAP groups were higher than those in SAP group, and the levels of LP-PLA2 and HCY in AMI group were higher than those in UAP group(P<0.05).Spearmen correlation analysis showed that serum adiponectin was negatively correlated with the progression of CHD(r=-0.705,P<0.01),and LP-PLA2 and HCY were positively correla-ted with the progression of CHD(r=0.537,0.621,P<0.01).Conclusion The decrease of serum adiponectin and the ab-normal increase of LP-PLA2 and HCY levels in patients with CHD are closely related to the severity of CHD,which can be used as an auxiliary diagnosis and prediction index of CHD.The levels of adiponectin,LP-PLA2 and HCY are important for the early diagnosis and risk assessment of coronary heart disease.
