Clinical Study of Cervical Vascular Ultrasound for Ischemic Cerebrovascu-lar Disease
Objective To evaluate the value of cervical vascular ultrasonography in the diagnosis of ischemic cerebro-vascular disease. Methods Patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease admitted from June 2021 to June 2024 were se-lected as the observation group, and 120 healthy subjects who underwent physical examination during the same period were se-lected as the control group. The results of carotid plaque detection, carotid stenosis degree, carotid inner diameter, carotid in-tima-media thickness and hemodynamic parameters(cerebral blood flow, minimum and maximum diastolic blood flow veloci-ty)were compared between the two groups. Results The detection rate of carotid plaque in observation group was95.00%,which was higher than that in control group 2.50%(P<0.01).The detection rate of carotid artery stenosis was93.33%in the observation group and 1.67%in the control group(P<0.01).The carotid artery diameter in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group, and the carotid intima-media thickness was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).The cerebral blood flow, minimum diastolic blood flow velocity and maximum diastolic blood flow velocity in the obser-vation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Ultrasound detection of cervical blood ves-sels can obtain the parameters of carotid blood flow dynamics at any time, accurately determine the stenosis state, plaque loca-tion and endovascular-media thickness of each segment of vascular lumen, and provide accurate and reliable diagnostic basis for disease prevention and hospitalization.
