The Correlation Between Serum CaN,TNF-α,IFN-γ and Coronary Artery Lesion,Therapeutic Effect in Children with Kawasaki Disease
Objective To investigate the correlation of serum calcineurin(CaN),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interferon-γ(IFN-γ)with coronary artery injury(CAL)and therapeutic effect in children with Kawasaki disease(KD).Methods A total of 114 KD children admitted from April 2020 to August 2023 were selected, and 36 healthy children who came to our hospital for physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.According to the treat-ment effect, the subjects were divided into response group and non-response group, and the serum levels of CaN,TNF-α and IFN-γ were detected.Children with Kawasaki disease were divided into CAL group and non-CAL group according to whether CAL occurred.Coronary artery indexes of the subjects were examined by ultrasound, and the predictive value of the combined detection of serum CaN,TNF-α and IFN-γ in the treatment effect of children with Kawasaki disease and its correlation with coronary artery diameter were analyzed. Results The serum levels of CaN,TNF-α and IFN-γ in Kawasaki disease children were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01).The levels of serum CaN,TNF-α and IFN-γ in response group were significantly lower than those in non-response group(P<0.01).The area under the curve and the sensitivity and specificity of serum CaN,TNF-α and IFN-γ combined predicted the therapeutic effect of Kawasaki disease children were the highest(P<0.05).The serum levels of CaN,TNF-α and IFN-γ in CAL group were significantly higher than those in no-Cal group(P<0.05).The coronary artery diameter in CAL group was significantly higher than that in no-CAL group and control group(P<0.05).Serum levels of CaN,TNF-α and IFN-γ were positively correlated with coronary artery diameter(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum levels of CaN,TNF-α and IFN-γ were all increased in children with Kawasaki disease, which was closely related to the degree of CAL in children.Combined detection of serum levels of CaN,TNF-α and IFN-γ could pre-dict the therapeutic effect of Kawasaki disease.
