Efficacy Evaluation of Promoting Wound Healing after Anal Fistula Sur-gery by the Combinate Application of Gangtai Ointment and Compound Huangbai Coating Agent
Objective To investigate the effect of antai ointment combined with compound huangbai liquid coating on wound recovery after anal fistula operation. Methods A total of 80 patients with anal fistula were selected from January 2018 to December 2023.Patients were divided into control group and observation group according to their wishes, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given Antai ointment containing medicine gauze strip, and the observation group was given Antai ointment containing medicine and compound Huangbai liquid coating compound gauze strip.Postoperative wound healing time, pain, wound secretion, granulation growth and the expression levels of interleukin-1β(IL-1β),epidermal growth factor(EGF)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)were observed in the 2 groups. Results The wound healing rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group at 2,5 and 10 days after surgery, and the pain score at 5 and 10 days after surgery was lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).The wound secretion scores of the 2 groups were lower than those of the control group at the 5th and 10th day after surgery(P<0.01).The granulation growth of observation group was bet-ter than that of control group at the 5th and 10th day after operation(P<0.01).The expression level of IL-1β in 2 groups was lower on day 10 after surgery than on day 2 after surgery, and the expression levels of EGF and vEGF were higher on day 2 after surgery(P<0.05).The expression level of IL-1β in the observation group was lower than that in the control group 10 days after surgery, and the expression levels of EGF and vEGF were higher than those in the control group 2 and 10 days after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of Antai ointment and compound Huangbai liquid has a positive effect on wound recovery after anal fistula operation, and can significantly shorten the postoperative recovery process of patients.
