Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis with Dampness-heat Stasis with Self-prepared Formula Weifusheng
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of self-prepared formula Weifusheng on chronic atrophic gas-tritis with dampness-heat stasis.Methods A total of 60 patients with damp-heat stasis chronic atrophic gastritis treated from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random allo-cation method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with morodin,and the observation group was trea-ted with self-designed gastrorevivalism.The therapeutic effect,gastric mucosal pathological score,gastric function index and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%(28/30),which was significantly higher than that of the control group[73.33%(22/30)],the difference was sta-tistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the gastric mucosal pathological score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the gastric function index was better than that of the control group(P＜0.01).The inci-dence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclu-sion The clinical effect of self-prepared formula Weifusheng in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with dampness-heat stasis is better,and the side effects are less.
