Comparison and Advances in Nerve Block Techniques for Preoperative An-algesia in Elderly Patients with Hip Fractures
Femoral nerve block,iliac fascia block and lumbar plexus block are three commonly used techniques,which show different characteristics in analgesic effect,safety and postoperative recovery respectively.This paper analyzed the application effect of different nerve block techniques in preoperative analgesia for elderly hip fractures,compared the analgesia advantages and disadvantages of three main nerve block techniques,and reviewed the application status and future develop-ment direction of nerve block techniques in preoperative analgesia for elderly hip fractures.
