摘要
冀来喜教授擅长使用"新九针"优势技术组合治疗临床常见疾病, 介绍冀教授使用该技术组合治疗急慢性胃痛的临床经验.根据患者病情的缓急, 采用不同的治疗方法, 急性胃痛用火针速刺至阳穴、毫针"胃病方"配合四弯放血;慢性胃痛采用埋线疗法加火针、毫针及特定电磁波谱治疗.多种针具联合使用, 可弥补一般治疗方法刺激时间短、疗效不持久、疾病愈后不易巩固的缺点, 取得满意的临床疗效, 有较好的临床推广应用价值.
Abstract
Professor Ji Laixi is good at treating common clinical diseases with the combination of New Nine Needles. This paper introduces Professor Ji' s clinical experience in the treatment of acute and chronic stomach pain. According to the patient' s state of illness, different treatment methods were used. Acute stomach pain was treated on point GV9 (Zhiyang) with fire needle, and filiform needle therapy " stomach disease prescription" was combined with four-bend points bleeding, while chronic stomach pain was treated by embedding thread therapy with fire needle, filiform needle, and specific electromagnetic wave spectrum (TDP). The combined use of a variety of needles makes up for the shortcomings of the general treatment methods such as short stimulation time, not lasting curative effect, and the difficulty to consolidate after the recovery of the disease. It has achieved satisfactory clinical effect and has good value of clinical popularization and application.
