针刺治疗缺血性卒中后肢体功能障碍的神经影像研究概况

摘要
针刺治疗缺血性卒中肢体功能障碍疗效肯定,但其中枢作用机制目前尚不明确.磁共振成像技术可提供软组织结构、功能、代谢等丰富的图像信息,为探索针刺治疗缺血性卒中肢体功能障碍的中枢机制提供了技术支持.通过检索近 5 年关于针刺治疗缺血性卒中后肢体功能障碍的神经影像学方面的文献,结果发现针刺主要通过调控运动功能区的自主神经活动、促进M1 区的功能连接、重构脑组织结构等方式改善患者肢体运动功能.今后研究应尝试新型影像技术及数据分析方法,并严格控制针刺变量,多角度探索针刺治疗缺血性脑卒中肢体功能障碍的中枢机制.
Abstract
Acupuncture treatment has been proven effective for improving the limb function in ischemic stroke,but its central mechanism of action remains unclear.Magnetic resonance imaging offers detailed information on soft tissue structure,function,and metabolism,which can provides technical support for exploring the central mechanism of acupuncture for limb dysfunction after ischemic stroke.By reviewing the recent 5-year literature on the neuroimaging aspects of acupuncture for the treatment of limb dysfunction after ischemic stroke,it was found that acupuncture can improve the limb motor function of patients mainly by modulating the autonomic nerve activity of motor function areas,promoting the functional connectivity of M1,and restructuring the brain tissue structure.In the future studies should try new imaging techniques and data analysis methods,and strictly control the acupuncture variables to explore the central mechanism of acupuncture for limb dysfunction post-ischemic stroke from a multifaceted perspectives.
