摘要
经筋病变是针灸治疗最佳适应症之一.结合经典与现代研究总结经筋实质、经筋病及石学敏院士对经筋刺法的认识和应用,可总结为以下 3 点.①经筋是包括肌肉等软组织系统和神经系统的综合体,临床许多运动与神经系统疾病、胸腹脏器疾病皆可视作经筋病、筋性脏腑病或与经筋相关疾病;②治疗经筋病的针刺方法或在经筋部位施以针刺治疗的方法均属"经筋刺法",石院士临床多采取排刺针法、多针浅刺、多向透刺等特色经筋刺法,直取病位以达病所而起效.③石院士经筋刺法的操作要点包含进针轻、快、浅,辨经论治,刺法灵活组合.经筋刺法在多种疾病中展现出良好疗效,应努力促进其临床应用和推广.
Abstract
Meridian pathology is one of the best indications for acupuncture treatment.By integrating traditional and contemporary studies to examine the core essence of Jing-jin,Jing-jin diseases,and academician Shi's understanding and application of Jing-jin acupuncture methods,the following conclusions can be drawn.①Jing-jin refers to a complex of soft tissue systems such as muscles and nervous system.Clinically,various conditions affecting the motor and nervous system,as well as disease of the chest and abdominal organ diseases can be classified as Jing-jin diseases,which also include the viscera conditionor Jing-jin condition related to Jing-jin.②The acupuncture methods used to treat Jing-jin diseases or applying acupuncture to the Jing-jin are collectively referred to as ＂Jing-jin acupuncture methods".Academician Shi usually adopts the distinctive Jing-jin acupuncture methods,such as arrayed needles along the Jing-jin,shallow needling with multiple needles,and penetrating needles with multiple directions in order to take the disease position directly to achieve the therapeutic effect.③Academician Shi's acupuncture techniques are characterized by:lightly,fast and shallow needles,treatment depends on the Jing-jin differentiation,flexible combination of needling methods.The method of Jing-jin acupuncture techniques shows good curative effect in many diseases,efforts should be made to promote its clinical application and popularization.
