摘要
目的 观察Q开关l 064 nm像束激光治疗老年性皮脂腺增生的效果.方法 对36例老年性皮脂腺增生患者采用Q开关1 064 nm像束激光治疗,1～2周治疗1次,6～8次为1个疗程.结果 经Q开关1 064 nm像束激光治疗后皮损在治疗1个疗程后逐渐萎缩,或出现增生组织脱落,原皮损区无明显色素异常或瘢痕形成,与周围正常皮肤组织差异不明显,随访6个月后未见复发.结论 Q开关1 064 nm像束激光可有效清除老年性皮脂腺增生皮损且具有美容优势.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of fractional Q-switched 1 064 nm laser in treatment of sebaceous gland hyperplasia.Methods 36 patients with sebaceous gland hyperplasia were recruited and treated with fractional Q-switched 1 064 nm laser,once per 1-2 weeks,6-8 times for a course,lesion clearance,post-treatment scaring and pigmentation were observed.Results Skin lesions gradually shrank or came off after one course of treatment with fractional Q-switched 1 064 nm laser,leaving mild difference of texture compared with the surrounding skin,no obvious scaring or pigment anomaly occurred,no recurrence was found during 6-month follow-up.Conclusions Fractional Qswitched 1 064 nm laser is effective for clearance of sebaceous gland hyperplasia,furthermore,it presents more pleasant cosmetic outcome could be obtained by a single technique.
