乳腺肿瘤整形手术包括整形保乳术、乳房切除后再造术及局部晚期乳腺癌切除后胸壁重建手术，自体皮瓣在乳房切除后再造术中的应用已被广泛讨论，但在另外2种手术中的应用情况却鲜有总结。该文从临床解剖及应用、并发症、美学效果、肿瘤学安全性等方面，对相关皮瓣的应用进展进行综述，以期为临床医生选择术式提供依据。 Oncoplastic breast surgery includes oncoplastic breast-conserving surgery, breast reconstruction surgery after mastectomy, and chest wall reconstrcution after resection of locally advanced breast cancer. The application of autologous flaps in breast reconstruction surgery has been widely acknowledged, but little was known about their applications in the other two procedures. This paper reviewed the application progress of the relevant flaps in terms of clinical anatomy, application, complication, aesthetic outcome, and oncological safety, to provide evidence for clinicians’ decisions.
