In this article was introduced a new kind of washing equipment—compact twin roll pulp washer, including its structure, principle, characteristics and the research & development course. Compared with the traditional pulp washer, the washer has the advantage of low water consumption, low COD in washed furnish, and high pulp consistency. The special structure as well as its openable side cover and bottom case design can provide a convenience for routine maintenance and reduce the servicing time.
