Study on the Application of Dispersants in Hemp Pulp Fiber Paper
Low-beating degree hemp pulp fibers were used as raw materials,and three different dispersants were added to select the most suitable dispersant for hemp pulp fibers.The effect of the amount of dispersant added on the dispersibility of hemp pulp fibers and paper properties was investigated.The research results are as follows:R200 dispersant proved to have the best dispersion effect in hemp pulp.With the increase of its addition amount,the three performance improvement effects of the paper,including uniformity index,tensile strength,and elongation at break,are significant.Through pore size and scanning electron microscopy analysis,it was found that the overlap between fibers in the paper is more uniform,and the probability of forming larger pore sizes of over 20μm between fibers is reduced.
