摘要
磨浆工艺对成纸的影响不言而喻,俗话说三分纸七分浆,磨浆机的选择和配置、磨浆工艺和合适的磨片齿形选择是磨好浆的必要条件.本文通过对磨片和工艺流程的不断优化,摸索出PR03磨磨片齿形的最佳组合应用,以满足生产所需的产能、能耗、打浆效果的要求.
Abstract
Refining process plays an important role in the quality of final paper products.The type of refiners,process layout,and suitable refining segments patterns are the necessary conditions for target refining performances.This paper explores the best refining segments pattern combination through refining segments optimization and process optimization to reach target capacity,energy input and refining performances.
