摘要
角接触球轴承的安装比深沟球轴承复杂,多成对安装.装配时需施加轴向预紧载荷,用于调整轴承的轴向游隙.轴向的预紧载荷过大会造成游隙偏小,容易造成轴承抱死,预紧载荷过小又会造成游隙偏大,滚动体偏离运行轨迹,出现滑动摩擦,轴承润滑不良.为了保证轴承的轴向游隙,有时还需要借助调整垫片,便于游隙的调整,确保轴承的安装精度.
Abstract
Angular contact ball bearings need to be installed in pairs,so they are more complex than deep groove ball bearings.Axial preload should be applied during assembly to adjust the axial clearance of the bearing.If the axial preload is too large,it will cause the clearance to be small,which is easy to cause the bearing to be locked.If the preload is too small,it will cause the clearance to be too large,the rolling body deviates from the running track,sliding friction occurs,and the bearing lubrication is poor.In order to ensure the axial clearance of the bearing,sometimes it is necessary to adjust the gasket to facilitate the adjustment of the clearance and ensure the installation accuracy of the bearing.
