In order to improve the chemical pulp yield,a pulping method of black liquor circular cooking was proposed.The results showed that the amount of alkali used in the basic experiment of black liquor circular cooking is 26％of that of traditional pulping,and the pulp yield is 63.6％,13.6％higher than the traditional alkali pulping process.In the industrial production test,the amount of alkali used was 18％of the traditional pulping method,and the average pulp yield was 63.9％,13.9％higher than the traditional pulping process.In addition,the pulp obtained by the circulating cooking method has good performance,proving that the pulping method of black liquor circular cooking is feasible.
