摘要
艾草纤维作为具有天然抑菌、抗氧化、抗过敏等良好药理性能的纤维素纤维,可将其作为开发亲肤效果、广谱抑菌功效的生物质草本类卫生用、美容面膜等无纺布终端产品的原料.本文从生产的角度,以艾草纤维、莱赛尔纤维为原料,并混入定量的黏胶纤维,通过水刺工艺开发艾草纤维水刺产品,同时对其性能测试进行表征分析.探讨艾草纤维产品作为抗菌、保健等功效的天然绿色功能性产品的前景.
Abstract
Artemisia fiber is a cellulose fiber with good pharmacological properties such as natural antibacterial,antioxidant and anti-allergic properties.It can be used as a raw material for the development of non-woven products such as bio-herb health and beauty masks with skin-friendly and antibacterial effects.In this paper,from the perspective of production,artemisia fiber and Lyocell fiber are used as raw materials to make spunlace products,mixed with quantitative viscose fiber.Artemisia fiber products are developed by spunlace process,and its performance test is analyzed.The prospect of artemisia fiber products as natural green functional products with antibacterial and health care effects is discussed.
