化机浆双氧水稳定剂产品的开发及使用

摘要
化机浆产品以其独特的性价比优势,在国内产能大幅提升.双氧水是化机浆漂白的首选漂剂,然而双氧水很容易受到金属离子等催化干扰从而快速无效分解,降低漂白效率.为此需要添加专门的双氧水稳定剂.本文从双氧水分解机理出发,详细论述了双氧水稳定剂主要组分的优劣势及稳定剂产品开发思路,并提出和优化了双氧水稳定剂的实验室应用评估流程.同时结合多次上机经验,论述了双氧水稳定剂上机时的注意点.
Abstract
With unique cost-effective advantages,domestic capacity of chemi-mechanical pulp has increased significantly.Hydrogen peroxide is the preferred bleaching agent for chemi-mechanical pulp bleaching.However,hydrogen peroxide is easily affected by catalytic interference such as metal ions,resulting in rapid and ineffective decomposition and reduced bleaching efficiency.Special hydrogen peroxide stabilizer needs to be added for this purpose.Starting from the hydrogen peroxide decomposition mechanism,this paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the main components of hydrogen peroxide stabilizer and product development ideas,and proposes and optimizes the laboratory application evaluation process of the stabilizer.Based on operational experience,the precautions for using hydrogen peroxide stabilizer are proposed.
