摘要
对5～15年树龄广西马尾松在相同蒸煮工艺、相同打浆工艺条件下进行制浆性能与造纸性能的研究.结果表明:12年生马尾松的蒸煮细浆得率最高,其次为10年生;几种树龄的马尾松本色浆的平均纤维长度均在1.9mm以上,长宽比均高于59;10年生马尾松浆的手抄片具有较高的抗张指数和耐破指数,且优于某公司以进口松木为原料生产的本色松木浆.这表明10年树龄的广西马尾松可用于制浆且具有较好的制浆性能.
Abstract
The pulping and papermaking properties of Guangxi pinus massoniana aged 5-15 were studied under the same cooking and beating conditions.The results showed that the yield of cooked fine pulp of pinus massoniana of 12 years was the highest,followed by 10 years.The average fiber length of pinus massoniana of several ages was more than 1.9 mm,and the draw ratio was higher than 59.The 10 years old pinus massoniana handsheets had a higher tensile index and burst index,and was superior to the natural pine pulp produced by a certain company using imported pine wood as raw material.It indicated that the 10 years old Guangxi pinus massoniana can be used for pulping and has good performance indicators.
