摘要
在造纸过程中压榨部的脱水至关重要,常用的压榨种类有盲孔压榨、沟纹压榨、真空压榨、靴式压榨等.压榨能提高湿纸幅的干度,完成纸页的最终成形,实现自身结构的初步固化.本文以一台5500/750三叠网纸机为例,列举压榨部不同部位纸页运行异常引起的纸病,并采取相应改进措施,降低了断纸的次数,提高了纸机运行率并减少了压榨部纸病的产生.
Abstract
Dehydration in the press section is crucial in the papermaking process,and commonly used press types include blind hole press,groove press,vacuum press,shoe press,etc.Pressing can improve the dryness of wet papersheets,complete the final forming of the papersheet,and achieve initial solidification of its own structure.Taking the 5500/750m triple stack paper machine as an example,the paper discussed the paper defects caused by abnormal operation of different parts of the press section.Corresponding improvement measures were taken to reduce the number of paper breaks,improve the paper machine operation rate,and reduce the occurrence of paper folding problems in the press section.
