摘要
碱回收车间消化提渣螺旋输送机是制浆造纸生产线中的连续性输送机械,使用过程中存在磨损、腐蚀、变形等问题.通过实践发现这类设备的使用特点、分析产生问题的原因并提出解决问题的办法.
Abstract
The screw conveyor of digestion and slag extraction in alkali recovery workshop is a continuous conveying machinery in pulp and paper production line.There are problems such as wear,corrosion and deformation in the use process.Through practice,the use characteristics of such equipment are found,the causes of the problems are analyzed,and the solutions to the problems are put forward.
