Cigarette ventilation rate is an indispensable key index in cigarette quality evaluation.It is directly related to the taste experience of consumers when smoking cigarettes,the moderate degree of smoke concentration and the control of tar content.The level of ventilation rate can often directly reflect the overall quality of cigarettes.In order to verify the influence of different cigarette materials on the ventilation rate of cigarette paper,based on the quadratic multinomial step regression model of cigarette ventilation rate,this paper established a quadratic multinomial step regression model of different cigarette material elements on cigarette ventilation rate by using uniform design experiment method,and analyzed the marginal effect and factor effect of the model.The experimental results show that the ventilation rate variation coefficient of different cigarette material combinations is 41.7%,indicating that the ventilation rate of cigarettes is greatly affected by the combination of cigarette materials,and through the analysis of a single factor,it can be seen that a single factor has no significant effect on the ventilation rate of cigarettes.
