中水用于制浆造纸的中试探讨

摘要
考察了中水对制浆过程中双氧水漂白效果的影响,以及浆料进入纸机系统后中水对助留剂、增白剂使用效果的影响.结果表明:中水不会影响双氧水的漂白效果和助留剂、增白剂的使用效果,采用中水制备的淀粉胶液与地表水制备胶液的性能和纸张强度指标并无差异,可以正常用于纸张表面施胶.实践证明,中水可以代替地表水用于制浆造纸生产.
Abstract
This paper investigates the influence of reclaimed water on the bleaching effect of hydrogen peroxide during the pulping process,and discusses the effect of reclaimed water on the use of retention and whitening agents.The results showed that reclaimed water doesn't affect the bleaching effect of hydrogen peroxide and the use effect of retention and whitening agents.The starch glue prepared with reclaimed water and surface water have no difference in the performance,and it can be used for surface sizing of paper.On the whole,reclaimed water can replace surface water for pulp and paper production.
