摘要
探究了不同聚丙烯酰胺类干强剂用量的纸张,用全浸泡和迁移测试池两种预处理方法处理后进行迁移量检测,对纸张中丙烯酰胺迁移量检测结果的影响.结果表明:随着干强剂添加量的增加,纸张中丙烯酰胺迁移量不断增加;而对同一种食品包装纸样品,用全浸泡的预处理方法检测出的丙烯酰胺迁移量,比用单面迁移法的要高.
Abstract
The paper explores the impact of pre-treatment with two methods,full immersion and migration testing,on the detection results of acrylamide migration in paper with different content of polyacrylamide type dry strength agents and food packaging paper.The results showed that as the amount of dry strength agent increased,the migration amount of acrylamide in the paper continued to increase.For the same food packaging paper,the migration amount of acrylamide detected under the full immersion pretreatment method was higher than that detected by the single side migration method.
