介绍了基于西门子S7-300 PLC与东芝变频器VF-A7的Profibus-DP通讯在造纸机分部传动电控系统中的应用.采用Profibus-DP现场总线实现了PLC与变频器之间的通讯,满足了造纸机分部传动电控系统的要求,整个系统控制精度高,实时性好,使用效果好.
Abstract
This paper introduces the application of Siemens S7-300 PLC and Toshiba Inverter VF-A7 based Profibus-DP communication in the electric control system of drive branch of paper machine.The Profibus-DP fieldbus is used to realize the communication between PLC and inverter,which meets the requirements of the electric control system of the drive branch of the paper machine.The whole system has high control precision,good real-time performance and good application effect.
