水松纸在线检测系统的设计

摘要
为了提升卷烟品质,针对烟支卷制完成后出现的水松纸质量问题,结合卷烟生产的实际情况,基于西门子S7-200PLC,引入机器视觉设计了一款水松纸在线检测系统.该系统采用相机对水松纸图像进行采集,然后通过工业计算机对图像进行处理,从而实现对水松纸质量的在线检测.实际应用结果显示,该系统对于水松纸质量的检测成功率为100%.可以看出,所设计的水松纸在线检测系统具有较高的识别精准度和运行稳定性.
Abstract
With the continuous development of cigarette technology,cigarette production has put forward higher requirements for hydropine paper.In order to improve the quality of cigarettes,this paper designed an online detection system of pine paper based on Siemens S7-200PLC,aiming at the quality problems of pine paper after the completion of cigarette rolling,combined with the actual situation of cigarette production.The system first uses the camera to collect the image of the pine paper,and then uses the industrial computer to process the image,so as to realize the online detection of the quality of the pine paper and record the detection data.Finally,after debugging the system,the practical application results show that the system for the quality of pine paper detection success rate is 100%.It can be seen that the online detection system designed in this paper has high identification accuracy and running stability.
