摘要
在老旧游泳辊控制系统存在的各种问题的基础上,结合笔者多年工程中积累的液压控制系统设计方法及调试经验,重点设计游泳辊全套液压控制,使用PLC控制系统中PID控制功能,使比例阀实现线压闭环控制和可控中高线压的闭环控制,游泳辊操作侧和传动侧闭合同步控制等关键部分.
Abstract
Based on the problems existing in the old swimming roller control system,a complete set of hydraulic control for the swimming roller is designed in this paper,combined with the methods and debugging experience of hydraulic control system design accumulated by the author in many years of engineering.The PID control function in the PLC control system is used to achieve closed-loop control of line pressure and controllable closed-loop control of medium and high line pressure through the proportional valve,as well as key parts such as synchronous control of the operation and transmission sides of the swimming roller.
