中浓浆泵的开发及应用于棉短绒化学浆ECF漂白的性能试验

摘要
虽然中浓浆泵作为中浓漂白工艺中输送中浓浆料的关键设备,但在棉短绒化学浆ECF漂白工段中却应用太少,主要是因为棉短绒化学浆料滤水性更快、纤维间更易絮聚.轻工业杭州机电设计研究院有限公司自主研发了MP150型中浓浆泵,并将其应用于棉短绒化学浆ECF漂白工段.试验结果显示:MP150型中浓浆泵在浓度为9.65％棉短绒化学浆ECF漂白工段应用效果良好,这为后续中浓浆泵的优化研发和拓展其应用领域,提供了重要参考依据.
Abstract
Although the medium consistency pulp pump is a key equipment for conveying medium consistency pulp in the medium consistency bleaching process,it is rarely used in the ECF bleaching section of cotton short fiber chemical pulp,mainly because the water filtration of cotton short fiber chemical pulp is faster and the fibers are more prone to flocculation.HMEI Machinery &Engineering Co.independently developed the MP150 medium consistency pulp pump and applied it to the ECF bleaching section of cotton short fiber chemical pulp.The experimental results show that the MP150 medium consistency pulp pump has a good application effect in the ECF bleaching section of cotton short fiber chemical pulp with a consistency of 9.65％.This provides important reference basis for the optimization research and development of medium concentration pulp pumps and the expansion of their application fields in the future.
